Private Yoga Sessions
A private session is a great way to focus specifically on your own practice. We all come to yoga with different experience levels, needs and goals, and a private session is customized for you so you can get the most out of your yoga practice.
Whether you're working with an injury or limitation, want to understand alignment for your body, are learning the basics or looking to take your practice to the next level, I will design sessions just for you.

Private sessions can be scheduled in your home, at my office in Clayton or at Offbeat Yoga Studio in Chesterfield (my yoga home!).

Yoga Video Packages
These pre-recorded classes are designed for on-demand, any time viewing. You'll have access to the classes to watch as many times as you'd like for up to 3 months after your purchase (via the online platform at Offbeat Yoga Studio).

Yoga for Back Care & Healthy Posture Series or Workshop
Healthy posture can not only make you look good, but it is essential to feeling great! Learn about the key components to optimal posture, common issues that occur as a result of living in world with smart phones, desk jobs and excessive sitting, and how yoga and mindful movement can help. Build body awareness and work on correcting imbalances during this back-centered workshop series.
Yoga Fundamentals Series
Are you new to yoga? Or do you want to refine your practice and get back the basics? Each week we will explore foundational yoga postures, proper alignment principles, breathing techniques to enhance your practice, as well as basic yoga philosophy. Build strength, increase flexibility, cultivate balance of mind, body and spirit while gaining confidence in your practice. This interactive 2 or 4 part series will include handouts, as well as plenty of time to ask questions.
Yoga Flow Fundamentals
Learn the key elements of a Flow style yoga practice --- linking breath and movement and Sun Salutations. Learning the details of each pose of the Sun Salutation sequence, as well as the transitions between the poses can transform your practice. This workshop is designed for those who are just starting to flow, as well as more experienced students looking to refine and strengthen their practice.
Prenatal Workshop or Series
Learn to gently move and breathe in a yoga practice designed to help mamas-to-be practice safely, understand appropriate modifications over the course of pregnancy, maintain fitness level, alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy and prepare your body for labor and childbirth. Learn to use yoga's mind/body connection to help reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, increase strength, flexibility and endurance, and decrease lower back pain, all in a warm and supportive environment.
